Arena Brackets

Marvel Contest of Champions offers three arena brackets
  • Beginner
  • Intermediate
  • Veteran
These brackets are based on how long each summoner has been playing the game.
Beginner
Intermediate
Veteran
First 30 days
30 - 60 Days
61 Days onward
The purpose of this bracketing system is to allow newer Summoners to quickly build their rosters, so they don't get left behind in this ever evolving game
Q) I can't remember when I started playing ? How do I determine my tier ?
You can determine your tier by looking at the number of points required to qualify for rank rewards, and the number of top prizes offered as rank rewards

Q) I've never played arenas, will I qualify for the beginner bracket ?
If you have been playing Marvel Contest of Champions for over 60 days (2 months) You will no longer qualify for the beginner bracket. If you haven't progressed far on the quests, you may want to consider restarting the game and taking advantage of those easier rank rewards.
